Martin Rylance has built a distinguished international career in the petroleum industry, marked by significant roles at THREE60 Energy and BP Exploration. His expertise spans over 12 countries and extends to more than 42 global operations. Martin's specialization lies in Hydraulic Fracturing and Pressure Operations, with a focus on launching new country operations and facilitating technology transfer.

Renowned for his work in challenging tectonic stress regimes, Martin has contributed to projects ranging from the Andes Mountains to the Pacific Ring of Fire, playing a crucial role in successful field developments worldwide. His technical prowess in Hydraulic Fracturing and Completions, particularly in extreme HPHT and Sour (H2S) environments, sets him apart in the industry.

Martin's career is highlighted by his leadership in unconventional and tight-gas/tight-oil development, as Discipline Lead Frac. and Stim. at THREE60 Energy and BP. He has also been instrumental in Coiled Tubing Drilling and Multilateral well technology, enhancing reservoir access across multiple countries.

After a tenure as BP Russia Wells Manager, overseeing joint ventures and technical operations, Martin has transitioned to a pivotal role at THREE60 Energy, contributing to its global expansion.

With an impressive 44-year career in the upstream oil and gas industry, John Johnson brings unparalleled expertise and insight to his work. Starting from a solid foundation in drilling, John transitioned over three decades ago to focus on the rig-less well intervention sector, where he has consistently excelled in delivering solutions for high-profile, challenging projects, often in remote and demanding regions.

John’s comprehensive knowledge of upstream equipment—from its specific functions to its role within complex projects—enables him to craft cohesive, multi-disciplinary strategies. He excels in designing and managing interventions to repair, stimulate, or reactivate damaged or shut-in wells, maximising production for his client’s assets.

Known for his ability to connect with customers, John specialises in the diagnosis of good issues, aligning client objectives with best-in-class, well-intervention engineering and innovative, bespoke solutions. Whether it involves coil tubing, snubbing, HWO, slickline, wireline, or other custom equipment, John’s focus on safety, well control, and operational efficiency ensures the highest standards are upheld.

John has a global track record spanning Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Southern Asia, where he has successfully navigated diverse cultural and operational landscapes.
